Welcome to Level 5

Situated within a modern award-winning building at the top of 263 High Street in the heart of Christchurch’s central business district, Level 5 is a unique facility for a conference or workshop, performance or special event. Natural light floods into the venue during daytime, offering panoramic views across city skylines to the Port Hills and … the centre really comes alive at night!

Level 5 caters for 10-220 people with many set-up options available. Contained within the venue are a large open floor space, reception area, mezzanine and balcony, and wheelchair lift between areas. Whether you require seating for a seminar, a more intimate setting for a corporate launch (or lunch), a networking after-five event, or large open spaces for an exhibition, the setting and location will not disappoint.

From a simple morning tea to a working lunch, buffet dinner and cocktail platters, we have our own commercial kitchen on-site and Chef can be available to cater your function with menus tailored to suit your needs and budget. Special dietary needs are catered for too.

A bond is required when making a booking.

Included in the hire fee is theatre style seating for up to 180, or table seating for up to 150. Seating plans can be configured to suit your function using a mix of large round, small round and oblong tables.
